Mr. Salgado brings many years of high level technical consulting, architecture, design, development and troubleshooting experience in the open systems arena. Mr. Salgado provides our customers with the highest level of IBM RS/6000 SP PowerParallel solution design, configuration, installation and support. With over 5 years of SP experience, over 100 engagements for planning, installation and configuration and over 70 teaching engagements Mr. Salgado has the knowledge and skill-set to provide our customers with unrivaled support including system architecture and design, implementation, troubleshooting, user training and consulting.

Mr. Un brings many years of high level technical consulting and management experience in the open systems arena. Mr. Un’s specialty is the IBM RS/6000 SP PowerParallel server architecture with over 4 years of SP experience. As the lead technical SP specialist for IBM’s Support Line, Mr. Un assisted hundreds of customers in resolving issues ranging from planning/installation and configuration to problem determination and resolution. Before joining our company, Mr. Un was the lead system administrator of the largest and most powerful SP system in the world (at the time) – the 512 node Pacific Northwest National Labs (PNNL). At PNNL, he excelled in the areas of system tuning and performance, LoadLeveler, PIOFS, ADSM backup and recovery, and HA/CMP solutions.

Ms. McSorley brings over 5 years of world class AIX and RS/6000 SP skills to our customers. With hundreds of previous customers while in IBM, she has provided unparalleled technical leadership in the SP field. Some of her previous accomplishments include: 1) Teacher of the PSSP 3.1 Installation and Migration Session at the TEAM RS/60001999 User's Conference. 2) Co-author of the RS/6000 SP Certification Exam, PSSP 3.1, 1999. 3) Developed the Master Plan for Migration to New Node Technology. 4) Planned and Developed SP System Hardware and Software Upgrade, 1993-1999. 5) Managed Highly Sensitive Customer Accounts, 1993-1999.

Mr. Salgado has more than 35 years of experience in all levels of responsibility in the information technology field. Most of his career was spent with IBM Corporation, working in technical, marketing, administrative, educational and management positions, helping customers with their information technology needs. Mr. Salgado is an expert in application development methodology, a highly regarded DP instructor and is an authority in financial analysis and project management processes. He has also been involved in administrative as well as in the operational aspects of the IT field, as a user and as a consultant. In his late years with IBM he was responsible for the conceptual design, marketing and implementation of several highly complex systems integration multimillion dollars projects. Positions held with IBM included: Senior Systems Engineer, Executive Marketing Representative, Senior Instructor, Marketing Manager, Business Partner Manager, Market Development Manager, Project Manager, and Consultant.
